The NC, CAPA & Action Plan is the sheet for logging all NCs, types of nonconformance, root causes, corrective and preventive actions, action status, and action plan. This sheet automatically populates major and minor NCs as users complete their audits. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks, columns for assigning a responsible person to close action, and providing action priority and action deadlines to automatically estimate days due or overdue. It is also conditionally formatted with color codes for action priority, action open or closed, and days due or overdue.

The Dashboard is dynamic and beautifully made of clattered column chart to represent the various compliance levels of each section of the management system and a stacked column chart representing the number of Compliances, Major and minor nonconformance snd OFIs with a progress chart representing the overall audit score.

The Safety Compliance Sheet shows all the elements of the management system and their levels of compliance and compares against a 100% target to provide an overview of how an organization has performed on various sections.

The Compliance, NC, and OFIs are presented in the unique counts on a table to give an overview of audit performance.

The Audit Findings give the sum of Compliance, NCs, and OFIs in the graphical representation to give an overview of audit performance.
