What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We support vendors with a list of Courier services. Please make sure to agree with the vendor on delivery date and mode of delivery.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we only support commerce in Ghana. International shipping shall be handled by vendors themselves through offline transactions.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For physical products, we encourage delivery of product between 2 to 7 business days. For digital products, the buyer shall receive an instant download link straight in their email address and on the order confirmation page.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment from all major debit cards including Mobile Money from Airtel-Tigo, MTN and Vodafone.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, we use Rave, our trusted merchant that process all payment through end to end encrypted payment gateway. We guarantee that there will no malicious hacking or use of your data.
Order & Returns
How do I place an Order?
To place order, click on the ad to cart button and checkout button to enter name, email address, company and shipping address and complete the purchase. An order confirmation shall be sent to your email address as an indication that order has been recieved.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel your order, check with the vendor on their return policy. You can cancel your order within 12 hours.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need an account in order to be able to track your order and keep a history of your transactions for future reference.
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order, find order tracking on the footer of the page, click on the link to the order tracking page and provide your order number and email address you used during the purchase. Find order number on the order confirmation message your received when you ordered.
How Can I Return a Product?
To return a product, first check with the return policy of the vendor to be sure you can return a product. We allow return of product as long as they fail to meet the exact specification of the item you ordered as displayed in the vendors store.
