The Gap Analysis Checklist is a series of health and safety questions with emphasis on occupational health populated in the form of a checklist to address the requirements of an advanced health and safety management system such as policy and organization, health and safety training, risk assessment, monitoring, work equipment, accident reporting, fire and emergency, contractor control, site inspection, occupational health, and claim defensibility.
