SHEQXEL Master Drill Evaluation Tool is the master version of SHEQXEL Drill Evaluation Tool designed for recording scores from multiple fire evacuation drills to estimate overall scores across an organization as pertaining to the various elements of an effective fire evacuation drill for process improvement.

Approved List is for users to simply provide a list of locations where they would be carrying out fire evacuation drills for which evaluations would be done for process improvement. The list would be used as a dropdown list in the source data to help keep the locations consistent throughout the source data, dashboard, and reports.

Master Drill Evaluation is the main source data where users provide the summary of % scores from individual drill evaluations that have been completed for each location using the individual drill evaluation tool. The % scores for immediate staff response, staff knowledge, fire alarm, and emergency response performance must be entered to estimate an overall score indicative of drill performance. These scores would then be aggregated for all workers to provide an overall score of drill performance across the organization.

A Master Action plan is designed for a simple copy and paste of values of the relevant and justified NCs and corrective actions as proposed by employees for an appropriate action plan for closing the actions. The sheet follows the exact format of the individual NC, CAPA, and Action Plan for tracking responses that employees have indicated no to, together with their explanations for corrective actions., which makes it easy to copy and paste. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks.
